At Midway we have the privilege of hosting many community events, weddings and receptions, and all sorts of other events. It is an honor to be considered to host your special event, and we will do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible. We do reserve the right to deny space to any group or individual for any or no reason. If you have questions about using our space, or would like to request the use of one of our spaces for an event please contact us.
No charge for birthdays, reunions, etc. For-profit events are charged $25 for the use of the space. Members are responsible for leaving the spaces used clean and in order. If they are not, we reserve the right to assess a cleaning fee. The charge for member weddings will be negotiated on a case to case basis, but will be below the non-member price.
Civic, Community, and Non-Profit Groups
If these groups have a church member as a member and present they will not be charged. However, if no church member is a part of the group or one is not able to be present then there will be $12 per hour charge to have a church member present to answer questions or solve problems that may arise.
All non-Midway groups will be charged $12 per hour to have a church member or staff member present. Additionally, a $250 security deposit is required in advance of all events, but will be returned if the spaces used are left clean, in order, and undamaged.
One day use of fellowship hall (no cooking)-$300
One day use of fellowship hall and kitchen- $400
Weddings, including use of sanctuary for rehearsal, ceremony, rooms for dressing, fellowship hall, and kitchen- $500
If a pastor or other specific staff member is needed for an event an additional fee will be charged at their discretion. All fees must be paid in advance. Reservations for church members can be made one year in advance. Reservations for non-church members can be made six months in advance.
